Don't consider your reputation or credentials, strip all those away, look for what is left. And if you didn't see solid integrity, try to change through making commitment.
- Do the little things: always observe yourself. Take record of every move you take to see if you had actually done the right thing.
- Always do what you should do before doing what you want to do.
