Tramadol

Ikenga died few minutes after taking overdose of Tramadol. One hot afternoon, Ikenga visited a bar, "i want to calm my nerves," he said at first. He had a complete packet sticks of cigarette, and same time took some bottles of heineken. "i still need something to high my morale. I just want my head to spark like electric wire. I need to high, i need to be inspirit, guy," he told his friend.

Mere looking at him he is intoxicated, "but your head is full already, you have gauged, so stop taking more let's go,
please," said his friend. "is it because i feel tipsy but i still control myself, i am not drunk, am i?" he asked staggering.

Though he felt stars twinkling in his eyes, later he could see sparkling white, it's obvious he couldn't see objects clearly. He dipped his head in his pocket, he brought out Tramadol tablet, he took it overdose, in spite of his friend's shouting he shouldn't take anything more.

Few minutes, Ikenga began to scratch his hand on his head, the whole place changed and rotating in his eyes, his eyes was turning him that he began to act funny. He was not just hallucinating and acting like one under the influence of babiturate soporific effect but he had lost his control, his brain is turning him. In fact, Ikenga was totally unstable.

He rose immediately and flagged off, and rode off with his motorbike. He geared before he could know it, he hit on electric pole, fell off from his motorcycle and smash his head on the tarred, blood oozing ceaselessly, he passed away.

"like i always tell this young people, just like other opiates, Tramadol stimulates brain opioid receptors but it also increases brain serotonin levels. Locally, this is the medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain, meant to be used under doctor's prescription," one doctor explained at the scene of the accident. "But Tramadol is addictive. Its worsen side effects, very risky when used with certain antidepressants..."he said. He nodded his head in sympathizing the dead.
