Becoming a nurturer and what the nurtured receive

To become a nurturer, learn to be other-minded. Put others first instead of thinking of yourself. Instead of puting others in their place, try to put yourself in their place. That is not always easy, though. It is only when you have a sense of peace about yourself and who you are, you will be able to be other-minded and give yourself away to others. Meanwhile, the reward for nurturing are many;

When you nurture people they receive several things such as:

Positive self-worth: know that a poor self-concept can have all kinds of negative effects on a person's life. If you want to help people improve their quality of life, become more productive at work, and as well as develop more positive reationships, then you have to build their self-worth. Always make them feel good about themselves and the positive benefits will spill over into every aspect of their lives. They will sure be grateful to you when they begin to experience these benefits.

Sense of belonging:
positive influencers understand the need of sense of belonging. To become a better nurturer of people, develop an other- person mindset. Always look for a better way to include others.

Perspective: this is another thing people gain when they are nurtured, they gain better perspective on themselves. because most people receive more than their share of negative comments and criticism from others, so that sometimes they begin to lose sight of their own value. For most people it is not what they are that holds them back, it's what they think they are not.

Feeling of significance: people feel significant when you nurture people and add value to them without expecting anything from them in return.

Hope: hope is perhaps the greatest gift you can give to others as a result of nurturing, because even if their sense of self worth is weak, and they fail to see their own significance, they still have to keep trying and striving to reach their potential in the future.
