Realist, Dreamer and Achiever

Realist:
Someone who accepts the world as it literally is and deals with it accordingly. The realist belong to the realist or power theory. They believe that nations act only out of self interest and their major goal is to advance their position of power to the world. Having known this, the realist concluded/ determined that as leaders must build their power to avoid feeling that might make them vulnerable to more ruthless adversaries. Realist are strong believers
of "power building".

Dreamer:
He is nothing but only escape into a world of fantasy. Those that belong to this group are guided more by ideal than by practice or consideration. Always fantastic but vain hope with cherish desire. They are imaginary thinkers, abstraction and release from reality.

Achiever:
He belongs to the group with record of a successes. They work hard to earn high status. Though, they aspire, desire, dream and work out their best and dream come true.
