The Weeping Lecturer

In the morning, the heavens opened and it began to rain. Bella grabbed her umbrella to get to school, as she walked out of the hostel the first

The negative aspects of anger

The negative aspects of anger are influenced by—
  • Our clouded and warped old sin nature—basic selfishness
  • Our temperament and body chemistry—our social and personality style.
  • Personal desire, demands, and expectations—to meet our needs.
  • Positive and negative modelling from our family origin—parents and relatives who were examples
  • Positive and negative personal experiences and interpersonal relationships—watching others around us and our interaction with them.
But psychologists tell us that there are three reasons why we criticize other—
  • First reason is, we criticize the very things we are guilty of doing ourselves.
  • Second, we criticize because we are unhappy about something, and we want others to join us in our unhappiness; the misery loves company syndrome.
  • Third, we criticize in order to elevate ourselves by lowering the character of others. Know this: to speak ill of others is a dishonest way of praising ourselves.
Anger is a common experience to everyone, although some people struggle with it more than others. Very seldom does anger solve problem, or make a situation better.

Anger doesn't solve problems. In rare cases, righteous indignation has ended child abuse, spousal beatings, and other social problems hence this is the exception, not the rule. Most of the anger we experience or are the recipient of has negative consequences. YES IT HAS CONSEQUENCES! ALWAYS BE IN CHARGE OF YOUR EMOTIONS!

Adding value to other people is the work of a positive influencer

As you move up to the higher levels of influence and become an active influencer, you can begin to have a positive influence on people and add value on their lives. That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people. One thing is this, we don't know what kind of influence you have on others, today as you read this article. Your actions may touch the lives of thousands of people. Perhaps you use the opportunity ...

Considerable quotes on a SuperLeader

Perhaps it's time you had a talk with yourself... The teacher does not bid you enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your own mind - so must each of you develop your own knowledge and your own understanding. We need a healthy appreciation of those who exercise the free man's option for excellence. Most people are very careful about how they talk to others. They apparently are
