What's leadership all about? Leadership has nothing to do with title. It has to do with function. I respect you because of your gift, not because of your title. If you have no title at all, once I discover your function and its value to me, I will protect you. I will pay you to give it to me. That's what makes you wealthy. Wealth does not come from your job; it comes from your gift. It does not come because you seek it.
Meanwhile, respect is a result of your
gift. It does not come because you seek it. Respect is from the manifestation of your function, your gift, your leadership spot. Once on the "Wrong spot" no respect. That's why they call on me and that is why people who need your gift call on you. When you have a dental problem. Who do you look for? A dentist. You respect him because he has a function. Your leadership is in your area of gifting.
Human, both men and women, were specifically entrusted with, endowed with, dominion over the things of the earth, but not the authority to dominate other human beings.
As a royal offspring of the king, you are expected to use your gift to influence the environment around you, your realm of leadership. Leadership is about manifesting your gift. Once you believe and act upon this truth, everything will change in your life, because you will definitely become free from the control of other people and become free to serve the world. Mind you not your education or connection would make room for you. Why? Because some people can have a Ph.D. have famous relatives, or win a lottery and still be broke.
Meanwhile, others can start with little or nothing and create a fortune. Most people we hear today, like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, etc quit their college just to pursue their discoveries. They succeeded. They discovered their gift. They discovered gifts they could serve to the world. They developed products the world needed, and they became rich and famous. Their gifts have brought them before kings and queens.
Don't misunderstand me, I love education and I'm a fan of education and in favour of it, but I tell you education cannot give you your gift; it can only help you refine and develop it, make you more skillful at executing your gift. School, in itself, will not make you successful. Your gift makes room for you, and it will bring you before kings. Your gift makes you a success.
