Anger is also revealed through physical acts of bullying, beating others up, and murder. Suicide is also an extreme act of anger; the individuals becomes angry enough to kill. They murder themselves.
Nothing is quite so powerful and hurtful as shutting off communication with others. Many people who are upset do not like to admit they are angry. To express their emotions they use words such as: annoyed, irritated, frustrated, and exasperated. Research indicates that men are more likely to become angry over inanimate objects. Women, on the other hand, generally get angry at other people because of real or imagined slights. Neither sex has patience for the other's methodology. Men can't understand how women can get so upset over relationships, and women can't understand how men can get so angry at inanimate objects.

In questioning process, you can be asked "What's your sleep pattern like?" "Are you aware of anger directed at some individual or a circumstance that is difficult" "Is there some hurt or loss that has come into your life?" Often anger is the key that leads into the hurt or loss that has not been dealt with or resolved.
Another question is——are you an angry person? Do you display your anger in an active or passive way or have you become an expert in displaying your anger in both active and passive forms?
Now learning to deal with anger takes two basic tracks——
