The Weeping Lecturer

In the morning, the heavens opened and it began to rain. Bella grabbed her umbrella to get to school, as she walked out of the hostel the first

Temperament influences the way you act

It's important for you to know that your temperament influences the way you act.
There are four temperaments;
Sanguine
Choleric
Melacholy
Phlegmatic

Eating habit:
I can easily judge a man's temperament by his eating habits. Sanguines eat everything in sight and usually look it.

Driving:

They are erratic drivers, then for no reason lose interest in driving fast and slow down.

Cholerics are daring speed demons who dart in and out of traffic constantly.

Melancholy motorist never leave home without preparing for the trip well in advance.

Phlegmatic is the slowest driver of all.

The way you shop:
Sanguines are not price conscious but select for visual satisfaction.

Choleric particularly men are not fond of shopping.

Melancholies are deliberate and decisive shoppers who compare prices and quality quite carefully.

Phlegmatics, particularly women, enjoy shopping, they take longer, shop, slower and are probably more frugal than any other type.

Yard care:
Every Saturday mr Sanguine gets up early to fix his yard. Mr choleric hates yard work and when he does it at all it is with a vengeance.

Mr Melancholy has a natural aptitude for giving things and usually maintained the best yard in the neighbourhood.

Mr Phlegmatic usually suggests that its owner is still in the house sipping his third cup of coffee.

Study habit:
Melancholies are usually good students who enjoy learning.

Phlegmatic can be good students if their procrastination didn't catch up with them.

Cholerics are clever as a ruler but not brilliant.

Sanguines unless endowed with a high IQ, are not usually good students. They can be if they are motivated.
Because they are often bright enough but they are very reckless and undisciplined.

Handwriting:
The choleric usually has poor handwriting
The phlegmatic usually has small but neat handwriting.
Melancholies have the most in predictable handwriting of all. They are extremely complex people and usually write that way.

Communication and skills:
Choleric are extroverted enough to speak freely but usually are more deliberate than Sanguine.

Melacholies never start talking until they have thought out precisely what they want to say.
Phlegmatics are quiet about everything seldom enter into debator thrust themselves into conversations.

Bill paying:
Sanguines are terrible record keepers. They dislike detail and can get momentarily depressed with their over spending habit.

Cholerics like to pay bill on time. They aren't detail, they have a melancholy or phlegmatic secondary temperament.

Melancholies are perfectionists. Their conscientous nature makes them difficult to live with if they don't pay their debts.

Phlegmatics systemize everything. They have a detail budget and keep matching records.

Child discipline:
Cholerics, having authority prone, want to run their homes like a marine boot camp.
Choleric can be good parents but they have to work at it.

Melancholy parents were perfectionist before they became parents and having children won't change that. They have high to unreal expectation for their young and dole out praise sparingly.
It is hard for melancholies to be approving because their standard is so high and because they are afraid of their child will became complacent.

Sanguine: everything  a Sanguine does in life is spontaneous and discipline is ususlly no exception.

Phlegmatic can be good parents if they learn to be more assertive and confrontational when  neccessary.

The Phlegmatic is the least likely to spank. He usually waits until the more extroverted parent does it.

Sanguine is a warm, bouyant, lively and enjoying person. He is considered a super extrovert.

Choleric is hot, quick, active, practical, strong willed, self sufficient and very independent. He is prone to be an introvert.

Phlegmatic is the calm easy going, never-get -upset individual with such a high boilng point that he almost never becomes angry. He is the easiest type of person. He has a good retentive mind.

Next we shall be looking at 'discovering your strengths and weaknesses'

Things you should expect when you connect with your spot

Get out of the rat race. After all, if you win, you will simply be the big rat. Stop running in the competition. The only person you should compete with is yourself. "how well am I performing in my leadership spot," is what you should ask yourself. You have to know that the battery does not compete with a spark plug, because the battery knows the spark plug can never be a battery, and so on. They sit in the engine in their spots and serve the engine their gift without competing

Why does negative behaviour continue?

It works. There is some kind of payoff, some type of momentary satisfaction that is derived from not changing. The reward might be financial or psychological. Some people will continue unproductive behaviour to seek approval, acceptance, praise, or love. Others continue their unacceptable actions out of pride, greed or a sense of personal fulfilment. They may oppress others with their need to always be right because they treasure being right- even if it destroys a relationship.

Adding value to other people is the work of a positive influencer

As you move up to the higher levels of influence and become an active influencer, you can begin to have a positive influence on people and add value on their lives. That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people. One thing is this, we don't know what kind of influence you have on others, today as you read this article. Your actions may touch the lives of thousands of people. Perhaps you use the opportunity
