Plastic surgery

This has become part of us, and has come to stay, unstoppable. It has become tradition, culture, lifestyle of new age. Hand of friendship from modernization. A unique way to become civilized; another way of recreating or reborning ourselves into a new shape, skin, facial look.

I can say that i started hearing of horrible news on how our popular pop singer, involved himself in plastic surgery. What about a closer example of one of the wives of our leaders. Just to
reborn oneself into a baby's skin.
What a lifestyle?

Some undergo surgery to create artificial dimple on the face. Isn't this abusive of the genuine work of surgery?
Normally, surgery is equipped for performance of surgical operation to treat disease or injury by operative procedure.

There is this one actually trending, it is called transgender.
Transgender involves a partial or full reversal of gender.

It's quite rampant among us today. Man of the house that has been proving head of the family during the time of our fathers, now  chooses to be the tail, the submissive woman through this act.

Little wonder men are desperate to become changed into women. This time not only facial or mode of dressing disguise but a full reversal of one's gender? There are many surgeries undergone in transforming from the male to female: reshaping the genital into a form with the appearance of, and, as far as possible, the fuction of female genitalia. We also have Facial Feminization surgery etc.

In same vein, female transform to male...

Let me shock you: it is common among our celebrities, our suppossing role models.
Some resort to take injections or drugs to flatten the tummy. While some fat injection to get overnight fatness.
What about some of our girls availing to get big breast and swollen hip to obtain big backside.

There is need for precaution?
