Why people are unable to appreciate differences and similarities

appreciate differences
After leaving self centeredness learn how to respect and recognize everyone else's unique qualities. Instead of trying to cast others into your image, start to recognize and appreciate their differences. If someone else has the talent that's so great you think you don't have, why not embrace the person- together you can build your strengths and weaknesses together.

Different people from different races and culture just learn what you can from them-bet you your new knowledge will help you not only to relate to them but to others.
Avoid racial prejudice. I tell you you will come to realize that there are many responses to leadership and motivation- once you learn to appreciate other persons' differences.
Like I always say, you can't beat the reach, so join the reach-there are benefits...

Inability or failure to acknowledge similarities: you will begin to realize that people have a lot in common- as you learn more about people and get to know others well. you have to know this; we all have hopes and fears,joys and sorrows, victories and problems.

During adolescence is probably the time when people are lest likely to recognize their common ground with others.
Note that all people have an emotional reaction to what's happening around them. Think of what your emotions would be if you were in the same position as the person you are interacting with- to help develop understanding.

Because you know what you would want to happen in a given situation- chances are that the person you are working with has many of the same feelings.

    or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either created

If you were loving person you would be proud of yourself for living in integrity. Integrity sustains and strengthens intimacy in relationships. With integrity in relationships it means no lie. Sugar Daddy

A twelve year old Maria Steve asked, "daddy are you my sugar daddy?" Mr Steve was stunned at it. But later he thought, "May be my daughter must be talking about sugar for tea." He never believed it could be any other thing, he took some cubes of sugar and showed to her face. A minute later, his daughter clung to him, he hurriedly pushed her away, "isn't it the way sugar daddies do it with their sugar babies?" Mr Steve in amazement lamented, "hey!
