No one can take your unique spot of gifting and you cannot take anyone's spot either—because these places—these positions of authority—greatness and leadership belong to each one of us specially designed for that particular spot of gifting. You were built with it. Our Creator already deposited it in you. It's left for you to manifest it. Our Creator pre-designed your spot before he made you . He made you to fit the spot. You don't just go looking for it. It's in you!
Leadership is not for you but for others. This is because what you were born to do is to serve. Your gift is not for you. It is there so that you can serve it to others. Truly, leadership is like a smile—when you smile others can see it, but you cannot. And again, it benefits others than it does you. As the vehicle does not exist just to get itself from place to place but to transport people from place to place—so is leadership. Leadership is service. You have to get up and carry people along with your gift. To inspire, motivate, change lives and do it to the fullest. Your time starts now!
