Two ways to escape from your challenges

Every time you have been knocked down by the challenges of life, be relentless in the pursuit of your goals. Face it! There are only two ways to escape challenges and we shall discuss it here. See also "how to escape poverty line"

Pressure: It is said that pressure brings the greatest among us into light. It is when you have challenges that you expect great things. That shows you are really "working something out" without challenges you would never grow. Don't you get it? You can't succeed without challenges. Don't worry you have to know all you
should know. Challenges strengthen you; competition makes you better. Setbacks make you wiser. Pressure separates the champions from the contenders.

Pressure separates the greatest from the great. Most people crumble under pressure; winners thrive under pressure. Without pressure there would be no diamonds; without pressure there would be no greats. Pressure brings among us into the light. Without challenges you would never grow. Learn from your challenges. There is a saying—you should burn your brain. And "If you are searching for that one person who will change your life forever"—look in the mirror and you can get yourself out of this situation if you decide, you must. Always head on and declare—I will not back down.

Learn how. Learn then apply. Learn from those who have been there before you. You are strong enough to get through what you are facing. Always declare— the new me will die before giving up. Keep pressing forward, taking consistent action. Push back, eventually your problems will give up and you move forward. You're strong enough to get through what you are facing.

Develop that mental strength. Keep getting up. If you want to be like a diamond you have got to survive the pressure like a diamond. If you want to be rare, you have to do the things that are rare. That is the quality of a diamond. You have to face the pressure, stand strong through the pressure. If you want to. And once you have gone through all of that, then you have earned the right to shine brighter.

There is only two ways to escape from your challenges;
The first: Change the circumstances that created the challenge.
The second: change the person dealing with the challenge.

Change your mindset. You can overcome your challenges.
Have the courage to change it and you can overcome it.
Heavy weight of expectations causes cracks in the minds of the weak. But it strengthens the strong. Just like in the gym—resistance strengthens those who push forward through the challenges. Resistance strengthens those who feel the pain, those who push past it. 

It is perseverance; that's the difference between the top and bottom; between the first and second; achievement or failure, pride or disappointment.

When times get tough do you quit or do keep moving?
Prepare your mind with self work. Persist when challenges appear. Persevere, you will win.

No pressure, no diamonds
No struggle, no strength 
No challenge, no greatness 
Grow through your challenges 
Push through the pressure 
Earn your greatness.
