How your passion becomes pleasure

When you are in your leadership spot, everything you do is joy—your work is joy. When you find that spot, going to work is pleasure. Once you have realized that your leadership is in your spot —your area of gifting because He has prepared a place—home—your spot, then you sure will begin to manifest it.

Leadership is having something for which everybody is going to come to you. Your gift becomes your produce—the goods you sell to the world—your
customers. Your gift makes you a salesman or saleswoman. They line up for it. What your gift does is that it attracts customers.

It is left for you to be the bestseller (in gift manifestation) make yourself available and be ready to deliver at all time—whenever you are called to serve your gift don't hesitate because there are many lives whose survival depend on your gift. Your gift represents your personality. Your personality gets you status.

Any time you devalue people, you are out of position. Servant leadership is about serving the interests of the people and meeting their needs. All of humanity becomes your concern.

You should know that those who know their leadership spot and understand their gift are the happiest. You always find pleasure in it. Your gift is fun. You enjoy it, you can do it all day, and remember, they pay you to do it.
Meanwhile, your own gift may be something else that is different from fun, all that is required from you is to manifest your spot to the fullest. Your passion becomes pleasure to others.

Now this is your task:
Find out what your hobby is and
When you are always the happiest
Then it may interest you to hear that that you do which gives you pleasure is your gift. Your face lites up whenever you are asked to do it. And you feel fulfilled after doing it. You are having fun doing it but the people get the pleasure. You serve it to the world.

It is good to know that the beauty of serving your gift is that your wealth is coming from what you enjoy. You enjoy being yourself. Nobody should pass under this deal. This is a perfect deal.

It is your duty to make the world notice your existence—your gift. And one good thing is that you are like a bird and you know that a bird gets energy from flying. Your gift sustains you.
