The Weeping Lecturer

In the morning, the heavens opened and it began to rain. Bella grabbed her umbrella to get to school, as she walked out of the hostel the first

Why wealth does not come from your job

Wealth does not come from your job; it comes from your gift. Respect is a result of your gift. It does not come because you seek it. Respect is from the manifestation of your function, your gift, your leadership spot. That's why they call on you. That's why people who need your gift call on you. They will look for you no matter the distance. Your specialty makes you valuable, and I tell you everyone was born with a specialty—no one was created to take up space.

May I also remind us that disrespect is a result of ignorance of function. What
about you? Are you in the right leadership spot? Hope you have shaken off the clay.

Now let's look at it this way, if you don't have title at all, once someone discovers your function and its value to them, surely you would be protected. Be rest assured that they will pay you to give it to them. That's what makes you wealthy.

He who would lead others must first become his own follower.
Humans, both men and women, were specially entrusted with and endowed with, to have dominion over the things of the earth but not the authority to dominate other human being.
You were created to dominate in your area of gifting and your leadership is in your area of gifting. Then you were truly created to dominate but not over people—this may sound crazy but it's true. Dominate with your gift not dominate to intimidate others or abuse others in the course of  manifesting your gift. See also, "royalty—your gift"

It's true that humanity has authority to rule over every other creature, but not man. Our Creator intended us to be rulers in charge of our physical environment.

This dominion mandate translates to your servant leadership—to carry out the mandate, you first have to discover your particular domain on earth that you are to rule. Leadership is about manifesting your gift. Your gift makes way for you in this world and brings you into the pretence of the great. When you discover this, everything will change in your life, because you will become free from the control of other people and become free to serve the world.

Don't have this mindset that education is the only thing that helps you discover your gift. You discover your gift, starting with little or nothing and create a fortune. Education cannot give you your gift, it can only help you refine and develop it. Education makes you more skillful at executing your gift.

Meanwhile, start with the little, your passion. Start from there—the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Start from somewhere and start now! This is the right time, no other right time. All the great people you see today started from somewhere—the scratch. A room was never built in a day.

Things you should expect when you connect with your spot

Get out of the rat race. After all, if you win, you will simply be the big rat. Stop running in the competition. The only person you should compete with is yourself. "how well am I performing in my leadership spot," is what you should ask yourself. You have to know that the battery does not compete with a spark plug, because the battery knows the spark plug can never be a battery, and so on. They sit in the engine in their spots and serve the engine their gift without competing

Who is a love master?

A love master relish being the presence of love to everyone. Using such love skills as turning in another's heart. Asking love questions, and " listening " with empathy. To be a love master creates a powerful flow of love that nourishes others, enriches our soul, and attracts the most loving people to us. To summarize it the fastest way to meet the right love mate is to become a love master. Though it may seem like a paradox- Because a love master seeks to give not

Why does negative behaviour continue?

It works. There is some kind of payoff, some type of momentary satisfaction that is derived from not changing. The reward might be financial or psychological. Some people will continue unproductive behaviour to seek approval, acceptance, praise, or love. Others continue their unacceptable actions out of pride, greed or a sense of personal fulfilment. They may oppress others with their need to always be right because they treasure being right- even if it destroys a relationship.
