In the morning, the heavens opened and it began to rain. Bella grabbed her umbrella to get to school, as she walked out of the hostel the first
Money is life, fame is the flavour, integrity is the mirror of life because it is a virtue and respect is the pride, and you attain it. Now, daoes over ambition lead to desperation? Over ambition is the major attitude that leads to desperation. And over ambition is caused by connecting with the wrong spot. It shows that you have been unable to identify your purpose and the right spot. See also "identifying with your purpose" You are over ambition because you don't focus on one thing.
What makes someone to lack confidence is incompetence. When you have a good command of the execution of something, then confidence is natural. Those who are insecure in themselves will sometimes interpret that confidence in you as arrogance or pride, when in fact, it is the ultimate expression of humility because you're not trying to form or be something you're not. You're only being yourself. By understanding and moving forward with your purpose, you can only know exactly who you are and be confident that you can fulfill it using your inherent gifts without looking back at side talks and distractions or people's wrong perception about you.
Other negative effects of being on the wrong spot are:
Desperation
Anger
Depression

You work without purpose and achieve nothing at last. Yet you want to achieve even more. Ambitious people are those who pursue one gift, focus on it. They don't feel confused in utilizing and manifesting their gifts. And ambitious people are ever great.
Once you are pursuing your purpose and using your gifts, you experience what is foreign to so many people—fulfillment. And all of a sudden you have joy, peace and satisfaction because you were doing what you were born to do. You are fulfilled because using your gift is its own reward for you. You are filled with purpose. You have taken charge of your leadership spot.
Until you discover your gift, you can only be an imitation. When you discover who you are, you become an original; you are no longer a copy. As a leader, an achiever of your purpose—you won't be a desperado because you have ambition which you are focused to achieve. This is because leaders are self-contained. By this it means they do not get the meaning of their lives from other people. They are original and therefore not confused enough to be over ambition.
Like we have always mentioned on most of our articles about self leadership. Self leadership is born when people discover their authentic, reservoir of purpose and naturally become one of a kind. This is because trying to be what you are not, is the beginning of your failure, yes you have already missed the target and whatever you do at such point won't go well because you are on the wrong spot. Negative effects of being in the wrong spot
- Frustration:
When you find your gift you also find confidence. That confidence is not a cover-up for feeling inadequate; it's genuine. As you exercise your natural abilities. You find you do not need to try to impress others anymore. This is one thing you have to bear in mind, human beings are insatiable. There is nothing you do that would please them. They cannot be satisfied. When you do good things, it would be problem, when you do something bad, it would be problem. And your trying to satisfy or please them will only make you delve into frustration. With confidence nobody or nothing can hinder you from your plans or efforts. Because you don't allow people's criticism to annoy or bring your morale down from pursuing your dreams and manifesting your gift—your purpose. Though you do not need to brag about it. You only need to focus on your purpose—you're who you are; therefore not time or reason of building on your ego.
