The great problems of humanity

Among the great problems of humanity is 'self-doubt' Those who doubt themselves do not know who they are; they try to be everybody else; they doubt their abilities, therefore they put on other people's identities. Just like our Saviour, He never automatically accepted others' opinions of Him.

Someone might have called you stupid, and you believe you are stupid. Perhaps you even quit school because of it. People might have called you ugly, and now you think you are ugly. You
accepted people's perception of you. Therefore you lose your guard, you no longer have confidence in yourself. Some person might have called you inadequate in something, and so you do not even try it anyone. Don't let others control your life. What others say, you believe: remember that your success is determined by your belief. You fill in the blank—what people keep saying about you. They said you can't do this or that—and so you do not. You do not in life is because you don't want to do. 

Your failure and success are in your hand. You believe someone else's opinion because you do not know who you really are or what your potential is. You don't want to manifest your power—your God's given power—gift—royalty. This is one thing you must not fail to do—take your time, go out, ask  your friends or colleagues or neighbours, "who do you think I am."
But before the question make sure you know the answer because you are likely to get an opinion that is flawed.

It is good thing to know this—when you are serving your gift to the world, you are doing what is natural and expected, so praise and applause are not necessary, just like a servant, we are expected to serve. Especially, true leaders do not work for recognition, appreciation, accolades, or pride, but as an obligation to humanity.

On the other hand, leadership to a true leader is a privilege, not a right. True servant leadership, is seen as a duty one has to serve humanity.

The moment you accept that leader do not have to pursue leadership because they are busy pursuing their purpose. This is because the moment you discover your purpose, you become immune to your past. When you discover your purpose, you become immune to opposition. It is like a seed that has been germinated. Have you ever seen a plant that broke up concrete to grow through it—perhaps you have seen a tree that bends around a barrier and continues to grow on the other side. That is exactly how it is when you find your purpose. The next thing you do is, you push through anything or go around any obstacle to pursue your vision. No matter what people do to try to hold you down, they cannot because you have purpose.

The purpose inside of you is your driving force. You are unstoppable.  You always strive toward achieving and accomplishing, and manifesting your purpose. Nothing can hold you down. If truly you have identified your purpose, nothing weighs you down. Nobody talks you out of it.

Then you should know that leaders are simply people who have discovered themselves and decided to become who they really are. Leaders are simply people who dare to be who the Creator made them to be and are committed to expressing themselves fully to the world their gifts.

Purpose is more powerful than problems. It is more powerful than opposition, more powerful than criticism. Criticism can be proof that you are moving toward your purpose. And your purpose separates you from the crowd. Even Folks who are going nowhere want you to be just like them. Those who are doing nothing want you to do it with them. When you discover your purpose, you also discover your enemy. And it shouldn't surprise you, it is your own house. Though they may oppose you and become an obstacle but your ability to keep pressing on is because you have purpose and conviction. It is true that conviction leads to passion. When you have a passion you would work on it without stopping. Sometimes you deny yourself some pleasures just to press on, just to avoid distraction, just to prove that you are in the zone. You have connected with your spot.
