The Mother Hen

The hen lays eggs to mother the Chick

Smashing natching to hatch her eggs 

A day Chick with it's chicks alike 

Tis wondrous wonder production to born

Tis young chicks living to look at  

A mother hen and learn to feed on their own.


I love this song of chicks chickie on the

Mother to cuddle them under her wing

Mothers in their women wing 

So wonder I look at the fight of a mother hen 

Mother hen protects her chicks like no

She produces food particles to feed them.

 

Just when she looks at for wild animals 

She has got the eyes of a panther

As to hinder predators prey on her chicks;

The chicks that makes her outgrown chick

The mother hen she becomes 

Tis pride of womanhood there she becomes 

To reach out in teachings of way to chicks.


A mother has got the eyes of a panther protecting her children from danger and teaching them aright. Always be a virtuous woman to teach your kids life of virtue to go.

Adding value to other people is the work of a positive influencer

As you move up to the higher levels of influence and become an active influencer, you can begin to have a positive influence on people and add value on their lives. That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people.
