Onyidiya
***
Alas the world is not good for anybody
Yet you are so happy with your fate;
Alas the travellers are back
And all enveloped with debt.
Ofcourse something has really happened to me
I have no man to wage the war
When the warriors surrender me
Yet no kid to sob when I am in distress
I have wondered on the wilderness of hell
Men call it life, elude from tis I seek
The rain of life has beaten me.
Looking who shall fight this war for me
Only the broken hearted wail
When these who dared not look in her face
Has come out as men to mock
Verily with so much pride the imprudent
Take note progenitor who had gone before
How badly they have treated your seeds
Why the silence there
While your seed suffers and eat jeering
Hence your reincarnation Onyidiya
They crow like cock and hover like the vulture
To shout aha aha with our eyes we see her fall
***
Come that the foul words and the mockers
That to them others may maul.
