The Weeping Lecturer

In the morning, the heavens opened and it began to rain. Bella grabbed her umbrella to get to school, as she walked out of the hostel the first

Paradise in hell a short story

Once upon a time, Saintamanta was swimming in the ocean of his riches. There was one little girl named Montana who was living closeby. She was a poor orphan who only begged for daily bread on the street. At times she would stand by the road side screaming for passersby to notice her.

One day he was passing, Montana called out this time in whisper but it sounded irritating to Saintamanta. "Hey, poor girl, why are you stalking me? Everywhere I go you will show your ugly face. You poverty stricken stinking girl; don't you know you have irritating smell and with such foul-smelling body, you can kill thousands of fish in the river? Are you daft to notice that I don't help poor wretch like you?" he scorned clinching his fists.

He felt his face burning hot. His eyes turned red. He looked very aggressive. He had a very scary look, long face, bally eyes, dark skin, very ugly but huge and potbellied. Always looking extravagantly rich in his lavishing pair of shoes and Tshirt and jean trouser. No doubt he looked admirable and he had a charismatic personality.

Saintamanta was very full of himself. He felt he needed no aid from anyone in life. He had enough. He controlled Empires. So, his head kept swelling, with his shoulder high attitude. He was very arrogant and in a very repulsive mood most times. He was so loud and poise vicariously inspired by his wealth. This made him act violently, he posed and flaunted his rich lifestyle. But he wasn't generous, he preferred showing love to rich people like himself. And he wasn't a gullible type.

He stared at her vehemently as if he was going to squeeze or constrict the neck out of her head. "Strangling her for no reason, that could be so mean and heartless of me," he thought. "No mister, I'm hungry. I'm not ugly mister, my mom told me I was beautiful the night she died," as she opened her mouth pointing in her gullet. "I'm dying of starvation mister."

Montana was very beautiful until the strange fire explosion which was disasterous to kill the dad but the mom sustained horrific injuries which left her perpetual horrible pains to her limbs. She lived and died a mysterious death two years after. Unfortunately,  she limbed the rest of her life till death stealthily took her away from Montana. Montana Hosh found it hard to accept the fact that her mom was dead because she so much loved and cherished her mom, Julia Hosh.

She survived the disastrous fire outbreak but it only darkened her skin leaving scars all over her body. The scars almost looking decaying as if it was still fresh and going to seperate from her body anytime soon. She had rough uneven skin. Montana was light skinned, fairer than her mom when she was born. Growing up to be very beautiful until the fire incident took away her beauty leaving her disfigured which happened when she was just six.

At the moment he scorned she pursed her face in shame. She was very timid but respectful and humble, very quiet. But because of poverty everytime she was looking so unkempt yet behaved very disciplined.

Instinctively, she turned her head timidly, nodding it, she moved her thin lips but said nothing. Her face suddenly blushed. Saintamanta's yelling was heart-wrenching and he wasn't pious in his treatment that she was left frightened. Immediately Montana turned her back to leave with her legs unsteady that she nearly fell down.

She began to blow her flute;
Paradise in hell, paradise in hell,
I wander why men are too strict,
Even the most lovable among them;
Some live in paradise but hell awaits...

I'm a poor orphan I need help—
God come to my aid, come to my...

Saintamanta stretched out his hands and waved onto her from the display. He disrupted her. And immediately he dialled 911 emergency line, shortly, there was a police van with siren, the signal was very alarming and scaring, and he reported, "see the treacherous girl. She wants my fall, she prays hell for me because I didn't help her. Take her away she is so annoying. What a courage!" they took her away. She cried and wanted to blow her flute before one of the police officers snatched it from her and wanted to smash it but she cried out, "the flute is my life, spare the flute and take my life."

He moved his car and met with the oncoming car in front. His car crashed and fire explosion, because fire extinguisher did not arrive on time at the incident scene, it was very serious and horrific. They managed to save him but he was ashy already and unconscious.

What happens after?

Always be good to others. What goes around comes around, we have no right or reason to abuse others simply because they are poor, ugly or abnormal or even handicapped. Always learn to accept everyone to be special as we are.

Things you should expect when you connect with your spot

Get out of the rat race. After all, if you win, you will simply be the big rat. Stop running in the competition. The only person you should compete with is yourself. "how well am I performing in my leadership spot," is what you should ask yourself. You have to know that the battery does not compete with a spark plug, because the battery knows the spark plug can never be a battery, and so on. They sit in the engine in their spots and serve the engine their gift without competing

Why does negative behaviour continue?

It works. There is some kind of payoff, some type of momentary satisfaction that is derived from not changing. The reward might be financial or psychological. Some people will continue unproductive behaviour to seek approval, acceptance, praise, or love. Others continue their unacceptable actions out of pride, greed or a sense of personal fulfilment. They may oppress others with their need to always be right because they treasure being right- even if it destroys a relationship.

Adding value to other people is the work of a positive influencer

As you move up to the higher levels of influence and become an active influencer, you can begin to have a positive influence on people and add value on their lives. That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people. One thing is this, we don't know what kind of influence you have on others, today as you read this article. Your actions may touch the lives of thousands of people. Perhaps you use the opportunity
