What stops a lady from marrying a man younger

Many will say it is the cause of love. There are many things that lead a lady into marrying a man that is younger than she is. Most times the reason is best known to them but others may decide to conclude why they have to settle for less. Some of those predictions could be:

• Lack of husband(in the case of the lady)

• Lack of money (in the case of the man)

• For the sake of marriage: it is believed that marriage is what proves one responsible.

• Wealth acquisition (in the case of the lady) because she has acquired wealth so she thinks she doesn't want to be under a man, she resorts to buying a man or preferably marrying a man. Definitely she looks out for a young man who she can control.

• Marital desperation(in the case of the lady) the lady needs a man after everything. "A wealthy lady without a man worthless" no matter what singular is singular. Likewise the man.

• Need for support (in the case of the man)

• Someone to lean on for the sake of patriarchal belief. The lady wants to bear a man's name because a woman has no domicile. 

• Choice: Few men would want to go for mature ladies—they refer it as tick or classic ladies regardless of how age. Same with some ladies they would prefer young guys to their age mates or men older than they are.

• Love but not necessarily love— some men and women would call it "love drive" they will say it is where love has taken them to.
