How you can handle rejection

These are ways you can handle rejection:
  • Avoid self scorn: Don't keep blaming yourself for who you are. Always accept and appreciate your personality. Self scorn means rejecting self, so avoid it. Always accept fate and stay focus.
  • Create great self image: Remember that it's good thinking, good product.  Avoid scattered thinking. Once you are focused you won't get distracted. You need to learn to focus your thoughts on a specific issue at a time and same time "think positive" of yourself. Don't regard how people see you. No matter people's negative reaction about you in public, think through it that you may break through the limitation and eventually become the best of the best, only learn to have a positive self-worth.   • Self love: always have this belief of "I am unique that's why people reject me" Scripturally, it is written, the stone which the builder rejects has become the chief cornerstone. 
  • keep striving, don't relent: rejection will always faint your heart but don't let it overwhelm your thoughts to avoid disruption in connecting with your spot.
  • Perseverance/persistence: refuse to stop, never cease working hard, retain a positive mind- sure you must overcome. Protect your mind from negative thoughts and preoccupy your mind as a limit breaker.
