A positive attitude is a product of belief

You have to change your beliefs about yourself to unearth that trapped leader, the seed of greatness born in you and your area of gifting. Until you discover yourself, however, self doubt will contaminate your attitude. You cannot fake having confidence. That comes from understanding yourself- by self- discovery. You can read a thousand positive- thinking books and still think negatively. Yes! 

When you know who you are, you automatically keep everyone else in
perspective. If you think you are small and inadequate, others will appear large and threatening. Note: fear is self- generated. The result of oppression and negative reinforcement is self-worth hatred, self-worth devaluation, a sense of unworthiness, a lack of self-concept, low self-esteem and self-destruction. They come from teaching people that they cannot do or become anything other than what society dictates.

How many young men and women have said, why do I need an education? The problem is that young people absorb what society tells them they must be. Society has sold them an idea that their life is not worth anything and their dream is not worth pursuing, so they quit school and join a gang that they think promises them greatness. Thereby they end up being empowered as leaders in the domain of crime- antisocial.

When we talk about potential leaders, they remain trapped, dillusioned and confused. Whereas those young people involved in crime can as well use those same skills in a productive manner to lead churches, school or even nations. Imagine how much better our society/ world would be.

Only if every human being understood that everyone is born with a gift and with the potential to release that gift to serve humanity, instead of employment, we would have deployment. Everyone would start employing their gifts and talents, and we could deploy leaders to the world.

Every human being is supposed to shine. Among the great problems of humanity is self- doubt. Those who doubt themselves do not know who they are.

They put on other people's identities. They try to be everybody else. They doubt their abilities. To the extent that someone might have called you stupid, and you believe you are stupid. Perhaps you even quit school or your position because of it. Such person has ended up accepting to be stupid forever. Even if you are facially ugly, accept you are beautiful and you will see people seeing the beauty in you. That's life. Life could be magical. Whatever you believe is what you are and what you will become. You believe someone else's opinion about you because you do not know who you really are or what your potential is.
