What you should do with your stress

Have you ever wondered why you always think of how people hurt you? Why you easily remember people's wrong? It is because you use your sacred time for irrelevant thoughts. When you're alone, especially when you think the world is against you and people always find faults in you. You only need to examine yourself. Always follow this steps to conquer the situation. Instead of self revenge, resentment or evil thoughts that may hurt you at the end. Instead of wasting the precious time languishing in pain and regrets. 

Step 1
Press your hand on your chest.
  • Calm your nerves
  • Give a wide breath
  • Think of the good things that have happened in your life.
  • Bow down your head in reminiscence of your past glory
  • Have a deep flashback.
  • Don't consider giving up.
Step 2
How do you feel?

  • You have a reason to live again?
  • You have a reason to make a better life for yourself?
  • No matter what happens, no matter how bad and unfair others treat you, no matter you give them love and they give you hate, no matter people around you make you feel a shadow  of yourself, no matter they make you feel sad and thought you're alone, no matter the peoples make you cry and leave you pissed off; the good news is that you would sincerely tell yourself that you're a survivor in the deadly thorn, spines and prickles and or a dungeon?
Step 3
The next thought that comes out of your mind is, "life is always a thorn on the flesh of those who hold it tight" the next thing that comes out of your mouth is "smiles"


Always learn to free your heavy heart. Let go of every bad experience and odd situation you face.

That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people.
