Your reason for being

This is a question that most of us would not fail to ask. Where does passion come from? And how do we get this kind of passion? There is first to know, passion is motivated by a vision—birthed by a conviction—produced by a sense of purpose.

Purpose is the original intent. First thing first is to discover your purpose. Find out the original intent for your life. The meaning of purpose is reason for creation.  Every human on earth has a reason for which he exists. That major reason our creator sent us here to do or to fulfill. At times we design it as destiny. 

One cannot accomplish his purpose except he walks through persistence and perseverance.  Passion—a deep desire and commitment fuel purpose.

A true leader does not pursue leadership because he is always busy pursuing his purpose.

Leadership is a noble privilege given by inspired followers just to accomplish a shared vision.

These are the three most important things which attract others to designate a leader:
Conviction 
Passion 
Purpose
True leadership has nothing to do with pursuing followers. Rather it has more to do with securing and personally pursuing a  sense of purpose.

You are a leader in your passion and conviction. When you discover your passion your personal passion and are willing to pursue it at all cost.  In this case a leader is born. The discovery of a purpose and vision is leadership. The vision drives and purpose drive the visionary beyond the boundary of personal preservation.
