Why you are alive

You're alive to know and fulfill your highest purpose in life.  Why are you here on earth? What's your reason for being? What are the gifts you have come here to share? What's your destiny?

 Now, these wonderful questions deserve to be answered within your soul as part of loving your magnificent, core self. There is a mission within you, deeply encoded yearning to be known and expressed. So you have to listen to the intuitive voice within you as you consider what makes your heart sing.
What are you most passionate about?
What's the most important to your heart?
What's the gift you have been called forth within you to be gifted to the universe?

 This is the only possible way you can cherish your life purpose. 
Your life purpose is more than what you occupy as a job. It's who you are and who you are becoming. It's the character you are developing and being. It's the values you practice in your relationships and actions. It's your motives and decisions. It's the positive effect you have in others. Life purpose comes from your pure inner light directing your entire life.

 Know this, your life purpose is constantly evolving. As you contemplate this, you will discover even more of your true self and open with more clarity to your life purpose.

 Remember that your life purpose is not about money, status, power or recognition you receive. It's about knowing your deepest desires and living closely to them as you continue to learn more about them—such living weaves a beautiful web for connectedness to others on the same path of highest self exploration. And it creates a sense of richness and inner peace entirely beyond what the world can give you.

 It ultimately becomes your contribution to all creation. This is how you fit in with everything in life. And it's a beautiful fit, worthy of your generous love.

 Meanwhile,  you and your source are the only authority on the subject of your life purpose. Others cannot tell you what it is. You're the one holding the key to your vast magnificence.

 However, as you live your life and learn to love yourself at a richer level—constantly remind yourself this—
"I know I am here for a wonderful purpose. As I tune in to know more, my purpose quietly speaks to me so that I can sense what steps to take—
My purpose is woven into even the smallest areas of my life. Nothing is insignificant. Everything becomes more beautiful and meaningful because I'm loving my reason for being alive and my Highest Self".

 The greatest Gift you can ever give to your life is "self-love"

Why does negative behaviour continue?

Adding value to other people is the work of a positive influencer

As you move up to the higher levels of influence and become an active influencer, you can begin to have a positive influence on people and add value on their lives. That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people.
