Necessary things you really need to find out about people

What is that they wail for?
This means that you really need to identify what touches their hearts if truly you want to know where they want to go- that's their destination. To know what others are willing to give themselves always listen to your heart and sure you will discover them.

What is that they make melody of?
You must know that the things that weigh people down is quite different from the things that touch their hearts.
What I mean in essence is that people need to focus a lot on what gives them joy. Another thing is enthusiasm in people you are mentoring will help you know more about there longing and determined destination or designated location.

What is that they dream about? You can help people become the person they were meant or destined to be if only you can help them discover their dreams/ potentials- "believing in them" also helps.

It's also "his" work to map out the mode of action: you are definitely going to know where people are going when you are able to consider their passions, not leaving behind their potential and vision. What you must know is that one cannot just say that his goal is to be happy and successful because happiness, wealth and success are only by-products of goal setting or setting goal.

Meanwhile, once you as the navigator tries to assist others identify a vision for their lives, it's also necessary you help them find a possible way to make it reality. I believe everyone understands the value of planning a program and to pen down the goals-.this is expected in mapping out and setting goals. It's not sure bet that things must go down hundred percent as you set them but it's important you start with a solid plan.

In bid of helping people map out their action, consider these:
  • Take cognizance of where they need to go:
  • Take cognizance of the thing the need to know 
  • The way they need to grow...

The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people. Even the parents who know how to give their children grace and when to, also help them to stay open and communicative. All of these people add lasting value to the lives of other people.
