First you have to check if you are a leader. This is the criterion for knowing if you are gifted or not. Why? Because my view of leadership is this: each of us has an inherent gift and must serve it. So with this knowledge that you are a leader, you have power. Your gift is your power.
Therefore you are in charge in your area of gifting, your domain. You have a leadership spot to fill and a function to carry out. Your gift determines that spot and that function. Just like the soup is tasteless without the salt, so is the world empty without you serving your gift. Your value is not determined by anything but your gift. Someone will be able to measure you only when you begin to manifest your gifts.
Someone needs your gift, and you must serve it to the world. Just in same vein; you also need the gifts others bear to live.
