How To Know If You Are Gifted Or Not

For someone to discover their talent, they must first know if they are gifted or not and for someone to know this, they must check if they have been hoarding any gift. One thing you must
not forget is that everyone was born with a special gift. Each of us has an inherent gift and must serve that gift to the world.

How To Know If You Are Gifted Or Not?#

First you have to check if you are a leader. This is the criterion for knowing if you are gifted or not. Why? Because my view of leadership is this: each of us has an inherent gift and must serve it. So with this knowledge that you are a leader, you have power. Your gift is your power. 

Therefore you are in charge in your area of gifting, your domain. You have a leadership spot to fill and a function to carry out. Your gift determines that spot and that function. Just like the soup is tasteless without the salt, so is the world empty without you serving your gift. Your value is not determined by anything but your gift. Someone will be able to measure you only when you begin to manifest your gifts. 

Someone needs your gift, and you must serve it to the world. Just in same vein; you also need the gifts others bear to live.

Now with the brief of what I have unraveled, who is in charge? You are. And who got the power? Everyone of us. So start working with your gift today.

That's true for any positive influencer. The baby-sitter who reads to the child encourages him to love books and helps him become a lifelong learner. The teacher who puts his faith, confidence, and love on a child helps the child to feel valued and good about herself. That boss who delegates to the employees and gives them authority as well as responsibility enlarges their horizons and empowers them to become better workers and people.
